This course is intended for IT professionals, such as server, network and system administrators familiar with Microsoft® Windows® environments. Systems engineers, analysts, consultants, and architects are also appropriate candidates for this course.
Voorkennis
Candidates for this course must be able to demonstrate experience of Citrix
Presentation Server 4.0. A course attendance certificate for one of the CTX-1256
series of courses or a 4.0 Skills Update Workshop is a pre-requisite for booking this
course.
Invulling
Citrix training course CTX-4100SU40 prepares candidates for exam 259 Citrix
Presentation Server 4.5: Administration. Candidates are expected to have a solid prior
understanding of Citrix technologies as covered in the CTX-1256 series of courses and
4.0 Skills Update Workshops.

Upon successful completion of this course, learners are able to:

• Identify the new features and functions of the management console for
Presentation Server 4.5
• Monitor the health of the Citrix Farm using Health Assistant
• Manage Application Delivery by using Streaming Server to deliver applications
to both client desktops and Citrix Presentation Servers.
