This course covers the principles of project management according to the PRINCE2® method. A PRINCE2® Practitioner specializes in leading projects. This challenging course is aimed at more experienced project leaders who are looking to expand their knowledge and the practical application of the PRINCE2® method. During this course you will be prepared by experienced expert instructors for the PRINCE2® Practitioner exam. Twice is one of the largest and most experienced accredited PRINCE2® course providers in the Netherlands.

Aim and contents of the course
This course will be given by experienced instructors who possess ample knowledge of the PRINCE2® project management method. This course is a follow-up to the PRINCE2® Foundation course. As with the official exam, the focus is on the 7 PRINCE2® themes: business case, organization, quality, plans, risk, change and progress. The 7 principles, 7 processes and 26 management products of PRINCE2® will of course also be dealt with.
The PRINCE2® Practitioner course mainly consists of case-based assignments. The course follows the 'natural progression' of projects. Extensive use is made of practical assignments based on scenarios. Practical assignments are used to treat essential elements in greater detail. The scenario involves an enterprise that has to go through a change process, for which the participant is to be the project manager. The scenario includes all possible influences and stakeholders with regard to a project. The assignments are done in groups as well as on an individual basis. Role-playing is also part of this course. Depending on the level of the group and any questions from individual participants the underlying theory will be dealt with in greater detail.

Exam and certification
This course will prepare you for the PRINCE2® Practitioner exam. Participants will take a rehearsal exam at the end of the course, including detailed answers. At the end of the course you will receive a certificate of participation. After passing the official exam, you will receive the PRINCE2® Practitioner certificate.

Arrangement costs
Twice regelt voor de dagopleidingen van maandag tot en met zaterdag een arrangement à € 50 per dag. Een dagarrangement bestaat uit zaalhuur, gebruik van ICT-middelen, onbeperkt koffie, thee, frisdrank, ijswater en een lunch. De kosten van de arrangementen worden direct aan u doorberekend.
Btw
Op alle opleidingen en trainingen is 19% btw van toepassing en voor het studiemateriaal 6%. Met uitzondering van volledige MBO niveau 2, 3 en 4 opleidingen en de volledige HBO Bacheloropleidingen. Voor organisaties die geen btw kunnen terugvorderen, bestaat de mogelijkheid het volledige aanbod op deze website btw vrij gefactureerd te krijgen. In dit geval wordt een btw correctie van 10% toegepast. Dit betekent een voordeel van 7,5% op de inclusief btw prijs. De hoogte van btw is onder voorbehoud van eventuele wetswijzigingen.
