We are proud and honored that the Royal family will visit High Tech Campus Eindhoven on Tuesday 27 April. To guarantee a safe King's Day, strict security measures apply around this day. These measures will affect working on the Campus on Monday April 26 and Tuesday April 27. Below is an overview of the most important points for attention.
GENERAL REQUEST ON MONDAY APRIL 26 AND TUESDAY APRIL 27:
Work from home as much as possible and only come to the Campus for critical business activities.
ADDITIONAL MEASURES ON MONDAY APRIL 26:
- All facilities in The Strip (HTC 1) and the restaurants in HTC 5 are closed. Lunch is possible at the Foodlab (square with Food trucks, next to The Strip).
- The Campus is normally accessible to work for Campus employees and companies, with the exception of the following buildings: The Strip (HTC 1), HTC 5 and HTC 6. All entrance gates to the site are open and all parking garages (with the exception of P4 West ) are accessible.
- IMPORTANT: Employees in buildings HTC 1, HTC 5 and HTC 6 who need to be in their building on Monday for business-critical activities should register as soon as possible via: hilde.vocht@hightechcampus.com with name, building number, company and email address.
People on this list gain access to their building through the following procedure:
>Use parking garage P0
>Go for a corona (rapid) test in HTC 7
>Go for accreditation in HTC 6A
>Then go directly to the building
ADDITIONAL MEASURES ON TUESDAY APRIL 27:
- IT IS NOT POSSIBLE FOR THE PUBLIC TO ATTEND KINGSDAY ON CAMPUS LIVE!
- All entrance gates to the Campus are closed, with the exception of the “Dommelpoort” (close to Professor Holstlaan) for employees in buildings (1 - 48) and N2/A2 gate (close to highway) for employees in buildings (51 - 97).
- The entrance gates to the site cannot be opened on this day with the Campus badge.
- There will be strict access control at the “Dommel” gate and "A2/N2" gate by Campus security and the police.
- The Campus is only accessible for Campus employees in business-critical processes.
- IMPORTANT: procedure for working in buildings HTC 1 - 48 (Campus North)
Employees in buildings HTC 1, HTC 5, HTC 6, HTC 27, HTC 33, HTC 34 and HTC36 who need to be on site on Tuesday for business-critical processes must register as soon as possible via: hilde.vocht@hightechcampus.com with name, building number, company and email address.
People on the list gain access to their building through the following procedure:
>Entrance via "Dommelpoort" (all vehicles)
>Show High Tech Campus badge (+ ID)
>Use parking garage P0
>Go for a corona (rapid) test in HTC 7
>Go for accreditation in HTC 6A
>Walk directly to the building
- Employees from the other buildings who have to be on site on Tuesday for business-critical activities do not need to report in advance to the above email address and can access their building by means of the following procedure:
>Entrance via "Dommelpoort" (all vehicles)
>Show High Tech Campus badge (+ID)
>Park in any parking garage (except P4 West)
>Walk directly to the building after parking
- IMPORTANT: procedure for working in buildings HTC 51 - 97 (Campus South)
Employees who need to be on site on Tuesday for business-critical processes must register as soon as possible via: hilde.vocht@hightechcampus.com with name, building number, company and email address.
People on the list gain access to their building through the following procedure:
>Entrance via A2/N2 gate (between 7.00 - 9.30 or after 15.00)
>Show High Tech Campus badge (+ ID)
>Park in parking garage at the Southside
>Walk directly to the building
