Applying for the STAP budget
As of March 1, 2022, you can apply for the STAP budget as a worker and job seeker via Stapuwv.nl. This can be done once a year per person. There are a number of conditions. For example, that you are 18 years or older and you are not yet receiving AOW. Also, the training, course or education you want to follow must be in the STAP training register. If the application is approved, the amount is paid to the trainer. UWV administers and executes the applications.
