The Tegemoetkoming Vaste Lasten MKB (TVL) is back. TVL helps to pay for fixed costs, such as: rent, lease, maintenance, insurance and subscriptions. And that can be interesting for Twice tenants who expect to lose at least 20% in turnover in the fourth quarter of 2021 or the first quarter of 2022.
On 21 December 2021, the Cabinet extended the TVL scheme by lowering the threshold of turnover loss from 30% to 20%. Entrepreneurs who suffered between 20% and 30% turnover loss in Q4 2021 can now also apply for TVL. The adjustment of the scheme is still subject to approval by the European Commission
