Did you start your SME business in the middle of the corona period? And did you suffer loss of turnover due to the corona measures? If so, apply for TVL Starters Scheme.
Did you start your business after June 30, 2020 and no later than June 30, 2021? Then apply for the Starters' Scheme for the 4th quarter of 2021 (Q4 2021) and for the 1st quarter of 2022 (Q1 2022). Did you start after June 30, 2021 and no later than September 30, 2021? Then apply for the Starters Scheme only for the 1st quarter of 2022 (Q1 2022).
Your turnover loss for Q4 2021 must be at least 20% compared to the 3rd quarter of 2021. The turnover loss threshold for Q1 2022 is 30%. See if you meet all other conditions. Read all conditions on rvo.nl.
Apply from 7 June 09:00 hours
The start-up scheme is open for applications from June 7, 09:00 am to August 2, 17:00 pm. Are you eligible for both quarters? If so, apply separately.
Please note that the Starter Scheme is taxed
Unlike the TVL periods, the periods for the Starters Scheme are taxed. As an entrepreneur, you therefore pay sales tax on the subsidy received.
Starters Scheme does not fall under maximum state aid
This scheme is not covered by the EU Support Framework. This support stops on June 30, 2022. The starters scheme is a separate scheme of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Change. Therefore, this support can also be given after June 30.
