Virtual office

Are you a startup or scale-up in the high-tech sector, and would you like a P.O. box address at the High Tech Campus or the TU/e Campus?​

At Twice you have the option of a virtual office. This gives you access to Twice's campus locations and hubs, and you can use the small meeting room for a maximum of 8 hours per calendar month (bookable online). You also have access to the events of the community. 

The notice period for the virtual office is one month.

Where?
In our ICT, AI and Data Science hub Twinning (price: EUR 195,- per month) at the TU/e Campus, and at the R&D hub βèta (price: EUR 195,- per month).

What exactly do you get?​​
Renting a virtual office in hub Twinning on the TU/e Campus offers you the following advantages:

• your own postal address
• postal service by reception (which you can pick up during office hours) 
• WiFi throughout the building
• the reception, ready to receive your guests
• telephone service on workdays from 8.30 - 17.00 hours
• access to cool events, training sessions, networking get-togethers, pitch sessions, etc.   

Renting a virtual office in R&D hub βèta at HTCE offers you these advantages:

• your own postal address
• High Tech Campus access pass
• WiFi throughout the building
• access to cool events, training sessions, networking get-togethers, pitch sessions, etc.   
• maximum rental period 6 months

In short, all the ingredients are present to make a fine start as a startup or scale-up and to grow within this or one of Twice's other hubs.
