Entrepreneurship in times of crisis

Interesting Webinar for startups and scaleups, Thursday, April 9, 12:00-13:00!

Unfortunately, entrepreneur Hugo de Koning experienced three crises in the 20-year existence of YoungCapital. In this live webinar with MT / Sprout, Hugo explains how he deals with sudden changes as an entrepreneur and answers questions from you, the viewer.

It was the spring of 2000, on the eve of the bursting of the dotcom bubble, that Hugo de Koning, together with Rogier Thewessen and Bram Bosveld, laid the foundation stone for what would become YoungCapital. In twenty years, the staffing behemoth grew to more than 500 million euros in turnover and branches in the Netherlands and Germany. However, they are far from finished: "We have actually only just started. We also really feel like continuing to build this company for the next 40 years."

In this one-off live webinar, Remy Ludo Gieling (editor-in-chief of MT/Sprout) talks to Hugo de Koning, about starting up and doing business in times of headwinds. During this webinar they will address questions such as:

- How do you defy a crisis?
- How do you keep employees motivated?
- How do you prepare for the future?

And of course there is plenty of room for questions from webinar participants.

Have fun!
