Purpose, basis and processing personal data
Twice Eindhoven B.V. and Alpha Eindhoven B.V. process personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide them to us yourself.
The personal data we process are in relation to the

Provision of personal data
Providing your personal data to Twice Eindhoven B.V. and/or Alpha Eindhoven B.V. is done voluntarily on the basis of consent, agreement, legitimate interest or legal obligation as described in Article 6 of the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG). If you do not agree, we cannot enter into contractual obligations with you, contact you or send information to you. Your information will be registered in a database and used for the normal business purposes of Twice Eindhoven B.V. and/or Alpha Eindhoven B.V. Should you no longer appreciate contact or information, you always have the right to change or withdraw this consent.
Special and/or sensitive personal data we process
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data on website visitors who are under the age of 16. Unless they have parental or guardian consent. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore recommend that parents be involved in their children's online activities in order to avoid collecting data about children without parental consent. Processing data under a rental agreement.
Personal data of (the representative of) the tenant will be processed by Twice Eindhoven B.V. and/or Alpha Eindhoven B.V. for the following purposes: executing the lease agreement, (planning) maintenance, making viewings and acquisitions, making payments and collecting claims including placing them in the hands of third parties, dealing with disputes, questions, or investigations including legal procedures, exercising control, activities of internal management, as well as the implementation or application of a law.
For these purposes, the personal data are provided by Twice Eindhoven B.V. and/or Alpha Eindhoven B.V. if necessary to third parties such as the bank for payment purposes, collection agencies, bailiffs, lawyers and judicial authorities in the context of a payment arrears or dispute, the tax authorities and other competent authorities, as well as service providers such as IT suppliers, accountants and auditors and lawyers.
Data Retention
Twice Eindhoven B.V. and/or Alpha Eindhoven B.V. will not retain your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to realize the purposes for which your data is collected. In cases where personal data must be kept to comply with a statutory retention obligation, the retention period specified in that law shall prevail.
The personal data of job applicants will be deleted at the request of the person concerned and in any case no later than 4 weeks after the application procedure has ended, unless the personal data may be retained with the consent of the person concerned for 1 year after the end of the application procedure.
The personal data of companies interested in housing and/or facilities will be deleted at the request of the person concerned and in any case no later than 4 weeks after the lead has ended, unless the personal data may be kept for 1 year with the consent of the person concerned.
Personal data by video camera surveillance will be deleted no later than 4 weeks after the recordings are made, or after settlement of the observed incidents.
Personal data in the context of personnel and payroll records, debtors and creditors, suppliers of services as well as rentals will be deleted no later than 2 years after the person's employment or work on behalf of the responsible party has ended, unless the personal data is necessary to comply with a legal retention obligation.
For personal data received through a contact form or social channels, the retention period is up to 30 days.
Sharing with others
Twice Eindhoven and Alpha Eindhoven B.V. do not sell your information to third parties and will only provide it if this is necessary to execute an agreement with you, to comply with a legal obligation or when you give permission. With companies that process your information on our behalf we have a processing agreement where your privacy is paramount.
Service providers
We use technical service providers who can manage the technical infrastructure we need to manage our online activities, content and process data. We also use technical service providers to communicate with you, such as sending you a newsletter or inviting you to an event.
General data

In this copy we ask you to black out your passport photo and citizen service number (BSN). This is for the protection of your privacy. Twice Eindhoven B.V. will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but within four weeks.
