Job Description

The Supervisory Board oversees the management’s policies and the general course of business within the company and serves as a strategic sparring partner. The Supervisory Board operates as a collective and focuses on the interests of the company and its stakeholders within the Brainport ecosystem.

We are seeking a member for the Supervisory Board with a background in finance, business operations, and real estate.

As a member of the Supervisory Board:

• Do you oversee the financial health, operations, and risk management of Twice Eindhoven BV?
• Do you serve as a critical and constructive sounding board for the management team?
• Do you contribute to strategic issues related to growth, positioning, and real estate development?
• Will you actively contribute to further strengthening Twice within the Brainport ecosystem?

Profile

Required expertise / background

• Possesses solid, proven knowledge of finance, administrative organization, and internal control
• Is able to conduct a thorough analysis of financial performance and risk management and to ask the management team critical questions about these matters
• Preferably has experience in real estate, real estate development, real estate financing, and real estate law
• Understands how an organization can be structured and managed effectively and efficiently, and provides advice on this
• Has a good understanding of compensation policies and governance issues

General competencies

• Operates at the strategic level and possesses strong administrative acumen
• Is able to provide independent and critical oversight while offering constructive advice
• Has experience identifying and addressing interests and risks
• Is able to navigate effectively in an environment involving both public and private interests
• Has an affinity for (or knowledge of) the high-tech ecosystem of Brainport Eindhoven
• Contributes to a balanced, diverse, and collaborative composition of the Board

Governance and Terms and Conditions

• The Supervisory Board consists of three members
• The appointment is for a term of four years, with the possibility of one reappointment
• Members operate independently and have no direct relationship with shareholders
• The composition of the Board is balanced and complementary in terms of expertise, experience, and background
• Candidates must comply with relevant laws, regulations, and governance requirements of Twice Eindhoven BV
